Chorizo cut into small pieces

Creamy Potatoes with Lemon Zest & Thyme

Ingredients: 

1 bag of creamy potatoes
Grated lemon zest from 2-3 lemons
Fresh thyme, chopped

Preparation:

Mix the lemon zest and thyme into the creamy potatoes. Bake in the oven until golden and creamy – ready to serve.

NORDIC-INSPIRED CREAMY POTATOES

Creamy Potatoes with Vesterhavs Cheese & Samphire

Ingredients:

1 bag of creamy potatoes
Vesterhavs cheese
Samphire

Preparation:
