Workplace Safety

We aim to be a workplace where everyone feels safe and secure. Therefore, we have a well-established work environment organization where both management and employee representatives continuously work to improve the working environment and, consequently, safety at our workplace. We regularly conduct safety inspections, where our work environment teams efficiently assess the company, and identified issues are turned into improvements. Several of our employees are trained in advanced first aid, as well as fire and rescue, because we believe that prevention is key to enhancing the working environment and safety.
