Danish-produced potatoes with skin, cooked and of yellow varieties. Sorted by size 35-45 mm, measured across the potato's widest part. Brushed potatoes are gently scrubbed to remove some of the skin, giving them an appearance similar to new potatoes. Weight is given as net weight, and there may be variations in how much water potatoes release into the bag during production. Most of this water is reabsorbed by the potato when heated in the bag. Serve, for example, as boiled potatoes, braised, cold in potato salad, or tossed in oil and roasted whole in the oven.
