Café Gigant – not just a French fry! When we say that, we mean that Café Gigant French fries are a premium product and our very finest quality. Café Gigant has been specially developed using a unique production method, created in collaboration between our product developers and a number of leading Danish chefs from the Danish food scene. The focus has been on enhancing the flavor while ensuring consistent crispiness and high eating quality every time. Café Gigant is produced at our factory in West Jutland from selected Danish-grown potato varieties. The potatoes are thoroughly washed to retain their skin in an authentic way, meeting the requirements for a handmade appearance. A French fry with the perfect 15 x 15 mm cut, providing excellent capacity for various dips. Pre-salted, blanched, and fried, ensuring the ideal bite – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There will be variations in the size of the fries in the bag, and this is intentional, to support the handmade look.
