Café Gigant – More Than Just a French Fry! When we say this, we mean that Café Gigant French Fries are a premium product and represent our finest quality. Café Gigant has been specially developed using a unique production method, created in collaboration between our product developers and a number of leading Danish chefs from the culinary scene. The focus is on enhancing flavour while ensuring consistent crispiness and excellent eating quality every time.
Café Gigant is produced at our factory in Western Jutland using carefully selected Danish-grown potato varieties. The potatoes are thoroughly washed to retain the skin in an authentic way that meets the requirements for a handcrafted appearance.
With a generous 15 × 15 mm cut, Café Gigant has the ideal size and structure for holding a variety of dips and sauces. The fries are pre-salted, blanched and fried, creating the perfect bite – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The fries vary slightly in size within the bag, and this is entirely intentional, helping to create and emphasise the handcrafted look.
