Cafe Gigant – not just any french fries! When we say that, we mean that Cafe Gigant french fries are a premium product and our very finest quality. Cafe Gigant has been specially developed using a unique production method, created in collaboration between our product developers and a number of leading Danish chefs from the Danish culinary scene, with a focus on both enhancing the flavor and ensuring consistent crispiness and high quality every time. Café Gigant is produced at our factory in West Jutland using select Danish-grown potato varieties. The potatoes are thoroughly washed to preserve the skin in an authentic way that meets the requirements for a handmade appearance. These French fries are the perfect size—cut to 15 x 15 mm—and thus hold up well with various dips. Pre-salted, blanched, and deep-fried, ensuring the perfect texture—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There will be a variation in the sizes of the fries in the bag, and this is entirely intentional to enhance the handmade look.
