Produced in Denmark from Danish dinner potatoes, cooked without peel and highly suitable for hot-held food. Knife-peeled cooked potatoes of yellow varieties. Sorted by size 40 – 55 mm, measured across the potato's widest part. Weight is stated as net weight, where there may be variations in how much water potatoes release in the bag during production. Most of this water is reabsorbed by the potato when heated in the bag. Knife-peeled potatoes are processed in a large centrifuge with knife peelers on the inside. The result is potatoes with a smooth, round shape. Produced in West Jutland.
