Produced in Denmark from Danish table potatoes, boiled without skins, and particularly suitable for keeping food warm. Knife-peeled boiled potatoes of yellow varieties. Sorted by size 40–55 mm, measured across the middle of the potato. Weight is listed as net weight; there may be variation in the amount of water the potatoes release into the bag during production. Most of this water is reabsorbed by the potatoes when they are heated in the bag. Knife-peeled potatoes are rotated in a large centrifuge equipped with knife peelers on the inside. The result is potatoes with a uniform, round shape. Produced in West Jutland.
