Product Information
Organic, Danish-grown small potatoes, boiled without skins. Knife-peeled boiled potatoes of yellow varieties and Danish varieties 70–80% of the year. The remaining 20–30% are sourced from the EU. Sorted by size, 25–40 mm, measured across the middle of the potato. Weight is listed as net weight; there may be variations in the amount of water the potatoes release into the bag during production. Most of this water is reabsorbed by the potato when it is heated in the bag. Knife-peeled potatoes are circulated in a large centrifuge equipped with knife peelers on the inside. The result is potatoes with a uniform, round shape.
