Product Information
Small Danish-produced potatoes, cooked without skin. These are knife-peeled cooked potatoes of yellow varieties, with 70-80% being Danish throughout the year. The remaining 20-30% originate from the EU. They are sorted by size, 25-40 mm, measured across the potato's widest part. Weight is stated as net weight, where there may be variations in how much water potatoes release into the bag during production. Most of this water is reabsorbed by the potato when heated in the bag. Knife-peeled potatoes are processed in a large centrifuge with peeling blades on the inside, resulting in potatoes with a smooth, round shape.
