Product Information
Danish-produced small potatoes, cooked and peeled. Knife-peeled cooked potatoes made from yellow potato varieties, with 70–80% of the potatoes sourced from Denmark throughout the year. The remaining 20–30% are sourced from within the EU.
The potatoes are size-graded at 25–40 mm, measured across the widest part of the potato. The stated weight is the net weight. The amount of water released by the potatoes during production may vary, and most of this water is reabsorbed by the potatoes when heated in the bag.
For knife peeling, the potatoes are rotated in a large centrifuge fitted with peeling knives on the inside. This process gives the potatoes their smooth, rounded shape.
