Ingredients
- 5 Flensted Baking Potatoes (90152)
- 500 g homemade tomato salad
- 150 g grated cheese
- 20 deep-fried sage leaves
- 2 tbsp. oil
Preparation
Potato Bruschetta
Cut the baking potatoes into 1–2 cm thick slices. Fry the slices in a skillet until they are golden brown.
Place a generous tablespoon of tomato salad on the potato slices and sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake in the oven at 200° for about 15 minutes.
Garnish with deep-fried sage
