Ingredients
- 800 g Flensted Potato Salad with Onions
- 3 stalks of celery
- 2–3 spring onions
- 2 apples
- 150 g small seedless grapes
- Optional: a few celery leaves and scallions
- 30–50 g walnut kernels or pecans
Preparation
Mix the potato salad with finely chopped celery and scallions.
Cut the apples in half, remove the core and blossom, and slice them very finely.
Cut the grapes in half. Fold the fruit into the potato salad and garnish with greens and nuts.
