Spanish Chorizo Chicken
- 10 pcs. chicken breasts with skin or thighs
- Salt, Pepper
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 250 g Chorizo, diced or in quarter slices
- 500 g Red onions, in wedges
- 500 g Mixed peppers, in strips
- 1 – 1 1/2 kg Danika Café Potatoes (010095)
- Olive oil

Citrus salad
- 750 g Orange slices
- 750 g Grapefruit slices
- 1-2 tsp. sweet paprika
- 150 g Spring onions
- 50 g Roasted almond flakes
- Parsley
Preparation
Spanish Chorizo Chicken:
Place the chicken pieces in a deep gastronorm tray and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sprinkle with chorizo and onions and place the dish in the oven at 175°C for 15 min.
Add the mixed peppers and potatoes, gently mix so that everything is coated in a little of the pan juices, drizzle with a little olive oil if necessary, and return the dish to the oven for 15-20 min. until the chicken is cooked and the potatoes are golden.
Season to taste and sprinkle with parsley.
Citrus Salad:
Arrange the orange and grapefruit slices, overlapping them, and sprinkle with paprika.
Then sprinkle with spring onions, toasted almond flakes, and parsley, and serve the salad with the chicken.
