Ingredients
- 300 g new Flensted potatoes per person Salt and sugar Lovage or dill Parsley and flake salt
Preparation
Cover the potatoes with cold water.
Add salt and sugar along with lovage or dill.
Boil for 8 minutes, then let them steep for about 10 minutes until tender.
Optionally, toss them in a pot with melted butter, fresh parsley, and flake salt.
