Ingredients
- 1250 g Danika Freshly Peeled Ready-to-Cook Potatoes (20254)
- 10 slices Whole Grain Rye Bread
- 75 g Organic Mayonnaise
- 500 g Smoked Salmon (or peppered mackerel)
- 250 g Radish, strips (40240)
- 150 g Sliced Spring Onions
- Smoked salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Boil and cool the potatoes.
Lightly toast the bread and spread with mayonnaise.
Place potato slices on top and season with smoked salt and pepper.
Garnish with salmon, radish, and spring onions.
