Ingredients

Za'atar Kefta
- 1.5 kg minced beef
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp za'atar
- Oil for Frying

Roasted Vegetables
- 1.5 kg Rainbow Mix
- Olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- Salt, Pepper

2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Yogurt
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. tahini
- 1 tbsp. za'atar
- Salt, Pepper
- A little lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
Café Gigant:
Prepare Café Gigant as directed on the packaging.
Za'atar Kefta:
Mix the meat with garlic, paprika, and za'atar, then form into 20 oval balls.
Place them on small wooden skewers and arrange them on a baking tray.
Bake the meat in the oven at 225°C for 8-10 minutes to prevent it from drying out.
Baked Vegetables:
Combine the vegetables in an ovenproof dish with olive oil, thyme, and garlic, ensuring they are evenly spread.
Bake the vegetables at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden and tender. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Yogurt:
Stir together yogurt, tahini, and za'atar, then season with salt, pepper, and a little lemon. Pour some of the dressing over the vegetables just before serving and serve the rest on the side.
Serve the vegetables with the meat, along with Café Gigant and the remaining yogurt.
