Ingredients
- 1 kg Flensted potato slices 10mm (010085)
- 2 whole onions
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce
- 10 rustic sandwiches
- 20 slices fried bacon
- Salad Mayonnaise (21855)
Preparation
Potato Sandwich
Slice onions into thin half-moons and fry them over medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy – drain on paper towels.
Toast the bun in butter in a pan.
Spread mayonnaise on the top and bottom halves of the bun.
Arrange lettuce, bacon, and potato slices on the bottom half of the bun.
Continue with a generous handful of your homemade fried onions.
Finish with chives and coarse salt.
