Ingredients
- 1.5 kg creamy potatoes with red bell pepper
- 14-15 Vienna sausages
- 8-9 tsp tomato paste
- 1 bunch chives
Preparation
Swedish Sausage Stew with Creamy Potatoes
Cut the sausage into smaller pieces.
Let the butter turn golden in a sauté pan and sauté the sausages for about 3 minutes.
Reduce the heat and add the creamy potatoes.
Add the tomato paste and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with freshly snipped chives and serve.
