Ingredients
- ½ kg Minced Beef
- 1 Finely Chopped Red Onion
- 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
- 1 tbsp. Chopped Red Jalapeños
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1 Large Diced Bell Pepper
- 1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
- Salt, Pepper
- 1 Bag Flensted Snack Potato Slices
- 125 g Grated Cheddar
- Oil for Frying
Preparation
Brown the meat in a wok with a little oil. Add red onion, garlic, jalapeños, and spices, and sauté for a few more minutes.
Add bell peppers and tomatoes, bring to a boil, and season to taste.
Place the meat sauce in an ovenproof dish and layer the potatoes on top, mixed with grated cheddar.
Bake the dish in the oven for about 25 minutes until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
