Ingredients
- 1 bag of browned potatoes (010354)
- 4 dl. almond flakes
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Open the bag and pour its contents into a tray.
Stir in the almonds, then season with salt and pepper.
Place the brown almond potatoes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
You can also cook the potatoes in a skillet; make sure they're cooked through—they'll take about 10–12 minutes.
Once the potatoes are heated through and caramelized, sprinkle a little extra almond flakes on top just before serving.
Serve them with roast duck and roast pork, along with a good sauce, apples, and prunes, as well as warm red cabbage.
Flensted's brown potatoes are both delicious and easy to make.
Tip: If you don't want to use nuts, you can use dried cranberries, raisins, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds.
