Ingredients
- 1500 g Flensted Organic potatoes for mashing (0526)
- 450 ml Organic milk
- 150 g Organic butter
- 450 g Savoy cabbage*
- 2.5 dl Organic Tomato tapenade
Preparation
Boil the organic potatoes for mashing in just enough water to cover them, then drain once the potatoes are hot. Add the organic milk and organic butter, then lightly whisk together.
Then, add the sliced organic savoy cabbage and heat it up, before adding the organic tomato tapenade. Combine this with a wooden spoon.
Optionally, lightly mix only the tomato tapenade with the mashed potatoes so that it appears slightly marbled.
Serve as a coarse mash for a main course, here served with lamb loin and a cabbage mix.
Tip: Mix the tomato tapenade with a little organic rapeseed oil to use as a sauce.
