Ingredients
- 1 bag of Flensted Potato Rösti (096572)
- 1-2 red onions
- 200 g sliced smoked salmon
- 1 dl creme fraiche 18%
- 150 g lumpfish roe
- Dill
Preparation
Prepare the rösti as directed on the packaging.
Slice the red onions into very thin slices.
Place the salmon on the rösti and garnish with creme fraiche, red onion, lumpfish roe, and dill.
Serve immediately.
Tip: Can be arranged on a large board/platter so that guests can assemble their own rösti.
